Standard / In-Stock Products

• Change of mind: Return unused, unopened items within 14 days. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Installed, modified, or wired items not returnable.

• Faulty / wrong / damaged: We cover return shipping; refund or replacement after inspection.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products ⚠️

• NO 14-day change-of-mind return — these items are manufactured to your specifications

• If order is cancelled before shipping: 20% restocking fee applies

• If returned without defect: 25% restocking fee deducted from refund

• Warranty coverage remains valid for 12 months under Return-to-Base terms

• Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at no cost

1-Year Return-to-Base Warranty

• Coverage: 12 months from delivery — defects in materials & workmanship. Repair or replacement free.

• Process: You send product to our service centre.

• ✅ Included: parts, labour, shipping back to you (NZ standard)

• ❌ NOT included — you pay:

  • Shipping to our facility

  • Uninstallation, removal, reinstallation, wiring, commissioning labour

  • On-site call-out, travel & inspection fees

  • Expedited shipping, insurance & special handling

  • Damage from improper install, wrong voltage, misuse, modification or unauthorised repair

  • Normal wear, filters, belts & consumables

  • External causes: power surges, fire, flood etc.

Claims

Email [your email] with order number, model & photos. We confirm → you ship to us (inbound at your cost) → repair/replace → ship back at our cost.
